After hiring, The Urban Ranch Market provides extensive training for our associates about wine and foods that we carry which may not be generally available at most grocers. We are also driven and passionate about the environment and work to ensure we are making a conscious effort to be environmentally aware and friendly.  All refrigeration is environmentally efficient, lighting is used only as needed, and we minimize the use of plastic by providing our guests with paper bags.  The Urban Ranch Market encourages our guests to reuse their paper bags as well as use tote bags to limit the use of paper products.  We will not use any Styrofoam cups or containers. We will continue to work with our vendors to purchase environmentally friendly products and make a conscious effort to find and retain environmentally friendly companies to do business with.
